At USAIS India Private Limited, we are committed to delivering professional immigration consultancy services with transparency and efficiency. Since our business is service-oriented, the following terms apply with respect to the delivery (shipping) of services and exchange requests:
1. Service Delivery (Shipping of Services)
- We do not ship physical products. All services provided by USAIS India Private Limited are digital/consultancy in nature.
- Service deliverables may include:
- Consultation sessions (in-person, phone, or video).
- Preparation and submission of visa-related documents.
- Email delivery of invoices, receipts, and official communications.
- Courier of original documents, if applicable, at the client’s request (shipping charges to be borne by the client).
- Any documents that need to be physically delivered will be shipped through a trusted courier partner with standard delivery timelines, and tracking details will be shared where applicable.
2. Exchange Policy
- Since our services are customized and case-specific, exchange of one service for another is generally not applicable.
- However, if the client requests a change in service plan before commencement, the paid amount (after deducting administrative or bank charges) may be adjusted against another immigration service offered by USAIS India Private Limited.
- Once the service has commenced, exchange or transfer of services is not allowed.
- Under no circumstances can fees paid for USCIS, Embassy, or government charges be exchanged or transferred.
3. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Transferable Situations
- After commencement of the agreed service.
- If USCIS/Embassy fees have already been paid.
- If the client discontinues midway or changes their personal decision regarding immigration plans.
4. Payment Gateway & Banking Compliance
- All service fees and adjustments are processed securely through Razorpay, in compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Any exchange or adjustment (if approved) will be made only against future services within USAIS India Private Limited, and not refunded in cash.
- Service fees once utilized are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
